What it is doing

Water filter condition, and replacement with the date written on the cartridge.

Supply voltage and amp draw measured against the nameplate.

Freeze cycle time recorded, then harvest cycle time recorded.

A second cycle run to confirm production before the tech leaves.

Delime and sanitise where scale is present.

Condenser, water-cooled or air-cooled, and the drain line.

Findings go on the work order, with measured values, not a tick box.

We are an authorised service agent for a number of the lines we carry. Send the model and serial and we will tell you whether the repair is covered before the visit.

90-day warranty

Our repairs carry 90 days on parts and labor. If the same failure comes back inside that window, we come back for it.
